Typically, I don't accept returns or give refunds. I stand behind my work 100% and I wear my own jewelry to test out its limits. That being said, I don't make my own wire, jump rings, lobster clasps, etc. If you end up with a problem or something breaks, please, please, please get in touch with me! I know things can happen that I can't always prepare for, or shipping can get rough, or other circumstances. I will make it right with you! We will work together on a solution that best fits. I also know what it looks like when things are damaged intentionally or when someone is trying to get something for free. (I worked in retail for 20 years...I've seen a LOT!) This type of reason is why I don't offer returns or refunds automatically. Please be truthful, and please contact me, and we will work something out.
